Intercourses: An Aphrodisiac Adventure At The Fairmont Miramar Hotel

Aphrodisiac Expert Arrives Just In Time For Valentine's Day 2003

Ever since Marc Anthony fed Cleopatra grapes, sensual foods have been intertwined with romance. An Aphrodisiac Adventure at The Fairmont Miramar Hotel follows suit by welcoming Martha Hopkins, co-author of Intercourses: An Aphrodisiac Cookbook this Valentine's Day.

Filled with more than 85 couple-tested recipes woven among sensual photos of food set on the backdrop of the human body, InterCourses: An Aphrodisiac Cookbook combines aphrodisiac histories, couples' testing results, and playful appendices for an experience lovers won't soon forget.

Integrating themes from the book, the Valentine's holiday promotion at The Fairmont Miramar Hotel will include aphrodisiac-inspired dinners and overnight accommodation packages as well as a cooking class with Hopkins and the hotel's executive chef, Andri Tscharner.

Inspired by the ingredients recommended in the book, four-course aphrodisiac dinner menus are available in the Grille restaurant from 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm on Friday, February 14th and Saturday, February 15th for $140 per couple, not including tax & gratuity. Each couple will receive their own copy of the Intercourses. Hopkins will be on hand to talk about aphrodisiacs and autograph books.

Dessert is the Chef's Study in Chocolate.
