Invent Futures Announces Cutsharp Board Entry Into Interior Design Market

Invent Futures, Inc. today announced its entry into a new key target market. The state-of-the-art CutSharp cutting board was introduced in June 2006 and is the only board of its kind. The innovative board combining a high quality cutting service and unique patent-pending knife sharpening cones is now being actively tested by interior design firms nationwide.

The Corian. non-porous cutting surface is similar to high-end granite and is widely recognized as an ideal kitchen solid surface. The surface is extremely sanitary as it does not support the growth of mold, mildew or bacteria. CutSharp's patented sharpening cones allow users to easily maintain a razor sharp knife edge for cutting ease. Each board contains a groove around the edge to catch liquids and aid in easy clean up. The patent-protected CutSharp board is available in four different colors and sizes.

Derek Heath, CutSharp's inventor and designer, commented, "We are excited to be able to be working with interior design firms and expanding our reach into this marketplace. Our goal is to position the high quality board so consumers everywhere have access to the unique design and ease of use that the CutSharp product offers. The entry into the interior design arena is part of our strategy to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base and we look forward to updating you on this progress in the near future."

Kevin Fitzsimons, one of the first interior designers to test the CutSharp board said, "The CutSharp board is the one must have kitchen accessory that any novice chef or celebrity chef shouldn't be without. The board's unique design and high-quality cutting surface is a great addition to any kitchen and the inset sharpening cones enable the quick and easy sharpening of kitchen knives. If you're looking for a one of a kind addition to your kitchen or a gift for the cook that has everything, this board is for you."
