Isi North America Appoints Judiaann Woo
As Executive Director - Culinary Development
Fairfield, NJ, March 11, 2009 - iSi North America, a leading provider of high-quality whippers, soda siphons, and kitchen tools, has appointed Judiaann Woo as Executive Director - Culinary Development.

She brings with her over 15 years of experience in the areas of brand development, creative content, management, media, and culinary expertise. Most recently, she served as Executive Director and founding Editor-In-Chief of The French Culinary Institute's popular website and online community, PastryScoop.com. Prior to The FCI, Judiaann served as an Executive and Corporate Pastry Chef at several New York City restaurants including The Mercer Kitchen, Bouley Bakery, Danube, Rue 57, and Tao. She is, and will continue to be, a contributing editor for Food Arts magazine.
Born in South Korea and raised in Portland, Oregon, Judiaann earned her BA in English Literature and Creative Writing from Pacific University. She is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute in New York City, where she earned a Grand Diploma in Classic Pastry Arts; she also earned diplomas in Classic French and Italian Technique, Wine, Beer, and the Craft of Food Writing, as well as in coffee and espresso studies with Illy's Universit� del Caff� Degli USA. Judiaann is a frequent contributor at food events around the country. She has appeared in numerous print publications, various television programs, radio, and podcasts, both locally and nationally.
Judiaann Woo will be based in New York City and will report to iSi's President & CEO Richard Agresta.
