James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour Stops At Riverhorse Once-in-a-lifetime Culinary Experience Hosted By Park City's Own Chef Seth Adams

PARK CITY, Utah - Prepare to be spoiled when the Celebrity Chef Tour stops at Riverhorse On Main, home of Celebrity Chef Seth Adams, for an exciting evening of food, wine and camaraderie on Sunday, March 24, at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for this special event are $195 and will benefit the educational and programming arm of the world-renown James Beard Foundation.
Adams, executive chef and co-owner of the award-winning Riverhorse On Main for more than a decade, has made his mark in creating upscale, modern American cuisine and is best known for his uncomplicated, seasonal dishes. The Riverhorse On Main, overlooking Park City's Historic Main Street, is a time-honored Forbes Travel Four Star and AAA Four Diamond award-winning restaurant.
Joining Adams in the kitchen will be guest celebrity chefs Scott Shields of Blue Moon Beach Grill in Nags Head, S.C., Caroline Fey of The City Kitchen in San Francisco, Calif., and Jodie Rodgers from Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.
"This is just as an exciting experience for me as I believe it will be for the guests," said Adams, who found himself drawn back to Park City repeatedly after culinary school between internships, opportunities with the 2002 Winter Olympic Games and finally a home at Riverhorse On Main. "Guests can be sure they will experience the James Beard-caliber of cuisine while I also get the opportunity to showcase my own twist and also plan some fabulous collaboration with the other celebrity chefs."
The featured wines for the Park City event are from the award-winning Grgich Hills Estate in Napa Valley, Calif., known for more than 30 years for its commitment to natural winegrowing and sustainability. Presidents Reagan and Clinton, Queen Elizabeth II and French President Fran�ois Mitterrand have chosen Grgich wines to serve at state dinners, and Adams notes he is thrilled to be sharing these wines with Park City's future Celebrity Chef Tour dinner guests. The wines will be presented by co-proprietor Violet Grgich.
The Celebrity Chef Tour began in 2004 as a way to bring the unique experience of dining at New York City's historic James Beard House to cities around the country. At each Celebrity Chef Tour dinner, several of the nation's top chefs come together to create a fantastic multiple-course dinner, each paired with premium wines and/or authentic Belgian beers.
