Joe Realmuto Will Be Taking A Field Trip With Young Children At The Hayground School

Nick & Toni's (136 N. Main St., East Hampton, [631] 324-3550) chef Joe Realmuto will be taking a field trip with the young children at the Hayground School in Watermill on Wednesday, February 27th to the Multi Aqua Culture Fish Farm in Amagansett. The "Young Chefs Program" teach Hayground's oldest students the skills, concept, and techniques of the culinary arts by cooking alongside master chefs of the East End. The students will visit the fish farm, get a tour on what they do there and show them all the different types of fish.
