Internationally known Chef Patrick Finney and his professional colleagues act as judge panelists for the American Culinary Institute in an effort to find and qualify excellence in kitchen tools and equipment. A panel of American Culinary Institute professional chefs judged, Duncans Kitchen Grips Oven Mitts and Hot Pads the Gold Medal winner out of all other national brands offering the industrys best in function, durability, effectiveness and style including overall quality and design. All panel judges have AOS degrees in Culinary Art and/or certification levels such as CMC Certified Master Chef (of which there are less than 65 in the United States), Certified Culinarian, Certified Executive Chef, Chef du Cuisine, Certified Culinary Educator or Chef/Owner Restaurateur.
