La Mar San Francisco Relaunches Outdoor Patio For Summer Dining
This June, La Mar Cebicheria Peruana San Francisco relaunches its new and improved outside patio for summer dining. With the gorgeous location along the waterfront of the Embarcadero, the deck makes for the perfect open-air experience.
Out of respect to the buildings history and structural integrity, la mar went creative and built an out-of-the ordinary, floating, un-anchored deck. A local Bay Area company designed and constructed the innovative Bison Deck System. The system is made out of ipe, a Brazilian wood, which is the densest in the world and has the same solidity as concrete.
The patio's occupancy is 120 standing and 70 seated which is perfect for parties, wedding receptions or a casual lunch. La mar desires to provide its customers with the freshness of the sea combined with outdoor dining. This beautiful location by the bay presents a wonderful spot to enjoy San Francisco.
La Mar Cebicheria Peruana is located at Pier 1 on the Embarcadero of San Francisco. It is the first American branch of celebrity chef Gaston Acurio's famous La Mar restaurants headquartered in Peru. The restaurant presents the modern cuisine of Peru relying on indigenous ingredients and local seafood. Floor to ceiling windows and outdoor dining overlook the San Francisco Bay; while a long cebiche bar displaying the extensive seafood collection extends through the dining room and into the lounge. An extensive wine list and pisco cocktails complement the food.
