Le Meritage To Host Eco-celebrations Luncheon In Collaboration With Tales Of The Cocktail

On Saturday July 24 from 12:30 to 2:30 at Le Meritage, Tales of the Cocktail's Eco-Celebrations Luncheon will explore what it means to be ecologically responsible or "green." Maria McBride, Style Director for BRIDES magazine, will join Beth Parentice, founder of Eco-Bar.net, as they share ways to infuse some eco-smarts into entertaining.

Eco-celebrations features a three-course menu hand-crafted by Chef Michael Farrell and elegantly paired with four original and, of course, eco-friendly cocktails. These fresh, organic cocktails will feature Casa Noble tequila, 360 Vodka, and Pommery Pop champagne.

Whether it is a wedding, a cocktail party, a corporate soiree or fundraiser, there are eco-sensible resources and sustainable solutions that will make any celebration stylish, delicious and smart.
