In celebration of Couple's Appreciation Month this April, Little Palm Island Resort & Spa is cooking up a delicious giveaway. The resort encourages diners to log onto the www.littlepalmisland.com website and enter to win a dinner for two at the new Chef's Table. This dinner offers guests a chance to experience personal service like never before.
The new Chef's Table is an elegant enclave positioned discreetly in the award-winning kitchen of the Dining Room at Little Palm Island. Chef Luis Pous will attend personally to the couple, preparing and presenting a five-course tasting menu that can be paired with his selection of wine. Hopeful diners should log onto www.littlepalmisland.com, register their name and email address starting March 1, 2009. A winner will be chosen at random, by Chef Pous on April 1, 2009 and announced on the website the following day.
The Chef's Table debuts March 1, 2009 and offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Chef's Table is available every night except Sunday and diners have the choice of experiencing a five- or seven-course meal. Wine pairings are also available. The chef and sous chef serve the meal and offer instruction/education about the items served, amidst lots of action in the kitchen. Reservations are required, with the first week already sold out. Only one seating is available per night, starting at $600 for two for a five-course experience without wine.
