Lobsteranywhere.com Makes Waves With Giant Lobster Tails For Father's Day

LobsterAnywhere.com, an online purveyor of fresh lobster across the U.S., is bringing Dads across America what they really want for Father's Day-- giant lobster tails. These special cold-water lobster tails are 20-24 ounces each and were caught by off shore lobster boats in the icy cold-waters of the North Atlantic.

Serving only hard-shell lobsters that are packed with prime sweet lobster meat, these lobster tails are available for rush shipping and shipped frozen, uncooked and still in the shell. They can be prepared a number of ways, although boiled with lemon butter is always the most popular way to prepare and serve these succulent tails. All lobster orders include a cooking manual for any lobster-related questions a customer may have. Lobster tail cooking tips:

* Slow-thaw the frozen lobster tails in the refrigerator for 12 hours before serving. Fill a large pot with water and bring the water to a boil. Place tails in a large kettle of boiling water and when water reboils, lower and cook for about 10-12 minutes. The shell will turn bright red well before the meat is cooked inside (Internal temperature of 145F). The color of the meat will turn from translucent to white.

Lobster Tails on the Grill!
You'll Need: Stick of butter, 4 cloves of fresh pressed garlic, dash of white pepper, lemon wedges.

Directions: Thaw tails before cooking and then parboil them for 2-3 minutes and cool. Split the back shell to butterfly with kitchen scissors or a sharp knife, being careful not to cut them in half.

* Combine butter with garlic and pepper and brush on tails. Place lobster tails, shell down, on medium high barbecue grill and cook until shells turn red - about 6-8 minutes (depending on size). Brush tails with butter again if desired. (Option: You can also run metal skewer through the tails to prevent them from curling.) BE CAREFUL not to overcook. Just like steak, if you under cook them, you can always put them back on. Lobster is done when opaque in color and firm to the touch. Garnish with lemon wedges.

In addition to their special Monster Tails, LobsterAnywhere.com offers dads dozens of New England seafood gifts with all the trimmings and free overnight delivery. Imagine receiving a jumbo Maine lobster dinner with all the accompaniments, even a classic black speckled lobster pot.

A trusted source for live lobsters since 1999, LobsterAnywhere.com also offers jumbo three-pound lobsters and the hard-to-find colossal 5-6 pound lobsters.
Josh from Big Sky, Montana has ordered the special Father's Day lobster tail package for three consecutive years and says, "My dad grew up in Ipswich, Massachusetts, so he knows good lobster. He says the lobsters are so sweet that they didn't need any butter on them. Thanks for making my Dad's day extra special year after year."
