Boston, MA....Chef Eric Brennan and his team at Excelsior certainly know their way around a lobster: raw, grilled, steamed, diced, boiled, broiled, poached...it's all good, so very good. And now everyone can share in Brennan's love for the lobster as he presents a new $30 Lobster Entr�e every week this summer, complete with all the fixins.

Excelsior's Wine Director Brahm Callahan is in on the Lobsterpalooza too, recommending a different bottle of wine each week with each dish, at a very very special price ($40 - $60).

"We know that people still want to go out to eat this summer, and to be able to have a beautifully prepared Maine lobster straight from the ocean to the kitchen of Excelsior to your table is a pretty tempting treat" explains Brennan. "Each week we are preparing the lobster differently, we've had fun coming up with some of our favorite ways to present it." Guests will find lobster dishes with Asian, French, Italian and New England influences, but it all starts with the Maine Lobster. "Nothing says Summer in New England like a Maine Lobster" according to Brennan.
