Lola's Launches Fall & Winter Hollywood Legends Pairing Menu & Brand New Bar Menu

To celebrate 15 years in West Hollywood, Lola's Restaurant and Martini bar leaps into fall and winter with a brand new Hollywood Legends themed pairing menu as well as a newly revamped cocktail menu.

The dinner menu, carefully crafted by Loren "Lola" Dunsworth and Executive Chef Reagan Moore, features an eclectic menu of American comfort classics including bacon wrapped salmon, Asian vegetable stir-fry, chimi-churi arctic char, grilled pacific swordfish, grilled pork chop, parmesan crusted halibut, grilled choice 10z NY steak, and pumpkin cheesecake for dessert.

The new menu is paired with cocktails inspired by iconic Los Angeles landmark hotels including: The Roosevelt, The Beverly Hills Hotel, The Ambassador, The Chateau Marmont, The Bel Air and The Sunset Marquis Martinis.

Vancouver native and restaurateur Dunsworth pays tribute to her Canadian roots with the addition of the Hotel Georgia cocktail, created by Hawksworth Restaurant's master mixologist Brad Stanton.

"Brad Stanton is one of the most creative mixologists I've ever known. His libations are truly in genius. Lola's is so excited that Brad was able to be a part of this process. He is-bar none (no pun intended)-the most creative craft cocktail bartender we have ever come across; his creations are truly memorable", said Dunsworth. "Cocktail connoisseurs can tell they are drinking something Brad has created the minute it hits their lips! We welcome him to Lola's."

Stanton, who specializes in pre-prohibition classics with an innovative edge, worked with Lola's bar manager and Mixologist David Shoham to create the new fall and winter Hollywood pairing menu.

"It's an honor to have been invited to consult for such a iconic Hollywood hotspot. With the help of Lola's house mixologist David Shoham, we developed six new specialty cocktails that push the level of creativity behind the bar", says Stanton. "We hope that guests enjoy the new and vibrant cocktails as much as we do!"


The Hollywood Legends Pairings menu will run from September 2011 to February 2012.
