Marriot International Approves Safe Food Solutions' Basic Food Safety eStartTM

By approving Safe Food Solutions' Basic Food Safety eStartTM, Marriott makes available a flat rate, unlimited food safety training program to its properties.

Basic Food Safety eStartTM is designed specifically to educate core/non-management employees involved in the food flow process about safe food handling and preparation procedures. The flat rate pricing model ($299/property for unlimited training for one year) has proven very popular among the hotel sector- as it allows for properties to meet a core level training brand standard and is cost effective- eliminating high and cost prohibitive per student training costs. The course provides an opportunity to easily and efficiently educate the entire workforce at a property with unlimited access to the online education as well as a robust Learning Management System that provides instant access to all archived training information for a property/company.
