A new fine dining steakhouse conceptualized by hospitality impresario Seth Greenberg along with Executive Chef Paula daSilva (first runner up from season five of Gordon Ramsay's "Hell's Kitchen"), 1500 Degrees is executing the farm to table cuisine.
