Martha's Vineyard Culinary Classic

The Martha's Vineyard Culinary Classic is bringing the worlds best chefs to Martha's Vineyard this Fall. Chefs from around the country will showcase their talents and cooking specialties at demonstrations, classes and wine-pairings.

From September 18-22, the MVCC will spotlight the lifestyle of the many
famous and regular folks who call this tiny Island 'home'. The participants will display their skills at celebrity-judged dinners hosted by restaurants, inns, hotels, yachts and at private residences.

A number of travel-related businesses and organizations, wineries, food & wine authors, clothing designers, industry and consumer publications are already on board. The Breakers is sending Matthew Sobon and Virginia Phillips, Echo will host the opening VIP cocktail party at Atria, Christian Thornton'e Edgartown restaurant.

Promotional and event opportunities are under development and include broadcasts from several celebrity kitchens.

Sponsors see immediate and residual benefits of association in being
identified as partners in the premier lifestyle event of a destination
synonymous with tradition and affluence. Marketing efforts begin this Spring and will include the Vineyard's many hundreds of thousands of day-trippers and seasonal visitors.

Media interest has been significant and coverage for the Martha's Vineyard Culinary Classic will be broad and comprehensive. Invited journalists representing regional, national and international newspapers, magazines, radio and TV outlets will be covering the celebrities who attend, the chefs and businesses who participate and the beautiful setting of Martha's Vineyard as the seasons change.

Opportunities for participation from all segments of the industry are welcome and additional information may be obtained from: Joel@MVCulinaryClassic.com
