Mexico Is Back! Fam Trips With Cocinar Mexicano In July

Cocinar Mexicano is pleased to announce a select group of subsidized
slots in our weeklong culinary workshops for credentialed journalists and
chefs.

Eligible candidates must have a definite food and /or travel writing assignment from a recognized
media outlet OR be able to make the case, if a chef, for how you will use and disseminate the knowledge gained.

Airfare and hotel for seven nights will be covered.

The concurrent workshops being offered are food writing with acclaimed
culinary critic Betty Fussell and our Summer Feast, an encyclopedic hands-on
immersion in authentic Mexican cuisine with village women as your teachers.
