Mionetto Prosecco Kicks Off 6th Annual Vegas Uncork'd By Bon Appetit
Mionetto Prosecco was the selected bubbly to kick off the 6th annual Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appetit. Chef Wolfgang Puck expertly sabered three bottles of Mionetto Prosecco Brut at the Caesar's Palace fountains to officially open the festival.
Puck was honored for his 20 years in Vegas, when he ushered in an era of celebrity chefs bringing their culinary chops to Sin City. He was joined in a Mionetto toast with fellow star chefs, including Guy Savoy, Jean Georges Vongerichten, Nobu Matsuhisa, Bobby Flay, Rick Moonen, Hubert Keller, Julian Serrano, Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger and Francois Payard to name a few.
Mionetto, which marks 125 years of crafting Prosecco in 2012, markets leading Prosecco and sparkling wines nationally across the US.
