Boston, MA.....Sunday June 11 Excelsior kicks off a SUMMER OF MUDDLING, with its "Make Your Own" MUDDLED COCKTAIL BAR on Sunday and Monday nights and the tasty addition of a FRESHLY MUDDLED section to the daily cocktail menu.

MUDDLE YOUR OWN WAY
Excelsior is taking muddled drinks to another level this summer. Sunday and Monday evenings (4:30 - 9:00 pm), EXCELSIOR'S MUDDLING BAR will offer both the expected and the unexpected with fresh fruits, herbs, puries and syrups paired with your favorite liquor. Guests can select the ingredients for their own concoction or can look to Excelsior's bartenders for advice and the appropriate muddling muscle.

IT'S MORE THAN A MOJITO
To kick off Sunday June 11, expect to find mint, basil, honey tangerines, champagne mangoes, muscat grapes, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. In addition to featuring BACARDI Classic and BACARDI Flavored Rums, Excelsior has created a few new twists to the original muddled cocktail by including other liquors such as GREY GOOSE Vodkas (Original, Le Citron and L'Orange), bourbon and tequila. Candace Smith, Excelsior's Bar Manager, says with a grin, "This will be fun for our guests and for our bartenders; we will be creating new combinations with each cocktail. We've got fantastic fruits and herbs coming into season, added to these great liquors - the combinations are endless!"
