Nage Restaurant Celebrates Valentine's Day With Special, Provocative Menu
This Valentine's Day, Nage Restaurant encourages customers to shrug away their inhibitions and indulge in a sassy and sexy menu that starts with foreplay, ends with happy endings and covers everything else in between. The a la carte menu will be offered on Saturday, February 14, 2009 with reservations available from 6 pm to 11 pm.
Customers can get to know each other better over the first course aptly named 'Foreplay,' which includes dishes like Blue Point oysters with Meyer lemon and pink peppercorn mignonette and M�nage Au Foie, a foie gras three ways with seared foie gras, foie gras torchon and foie gras beignet. From some delicious 'Foreplay' guests will move on to enjoy a second and provocatively named "Inter"Course, featuring entrees like Grilled Lobster with warm fingerling potatoes, spinach and haricots verts salad with pickled radish and lobster roe beurre blanc and "Filet Shio" - Salt-crusted prime filet mignon with crispy trumpet mushrooms, chive mashed yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus in a bordelaise sauce. And finally, couples can look forward to 'Happy Endings' with Passion fruit profiteroles with white chocolate caramel sauce and Chocolate cinnamon spiced molten cake with espresso anglaise.
