Nasft Showcases Specialty Food At Nra Show

Eleven specialty food manufacturers and importer members of the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, Inc., are presenting dozens of new and innovative products in a pavilion in the American Food Fair section of the NRA Show 2012.
The show is May 5 - 8 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Kimchi from New York, baked lentil chips from New Jersey, ghost pepper salsa from Texas and gluten-free cheese sauces from Missouri are some of the on-trend products NASFT members are presenting from across the U.S.

"We see growing demand from restaurant and foodservice buyers who are looking for top-quality products to help them stand out," says NASFT President Ann Daw. "Our members are responding with larger sizes and special recipes they are showcasing at the NRA Show."
The NASFT is known for its Winter and Summer Fancy Food Shows. Attendance has been growing from the restaurant industry, with buyers representing a broad range of venues, from hotels in San Francisco, Las Vegas and Washington, D.C., cafe chains like Starbucks and Panera Bread, and companies like Sodexho Senior Living.
