Prime - An American Kitchen and Bar announces seasonal dockside dining with a spectacular view of Huntington Harbor and paired with menu selections from new Executive Chef Gregg Lauletta. Starting Memorial Day, from 11:30 a.m. to closing, the new dockside menu and raw bar selections include:

*Cobb salad presented and mixed tableside in a lemon-garlic dressing $16
*Beet salad with mixed baby beets, goat cheese and walnuts $14
*Caesar salad with hearts of romaine, Parmesan, croutons and grilled chicken $15
*Spinach salad with baby spinach, Maytag blue cheese, bacon, red onion, walnuts and grilled chicken $15
*Lobster salad with 1-lb. lobster, hearts of romaine, cucumber, tomato and creamy lemon vinaigrette $24
*Cuban panini with roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard $16
*Lobster roll with whole 1-lb. lobster, mayo, brioche and green salad $24
*Mushroom panini with roasted mushrooms, goat cheese and artichoke tapenade $14
