New E-learning Feature Allows Restaurant Industry Professionals To Tap Into Nra Show Educational Resources Year-round

As the most comprehensive restaurant and hospitality industry trade show in the world, the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show offers more than 100 education sessions and culinary demonstrations throughout its four days each year. The new NRA Show e-Learning feature will make select, multi-media presentations of those education sessions and culinary demonstrations available to attendees to learn from throughout the year to help grow revenues, increase profitability and develop employees. A sampling of NRA Show 2010 sessions is available now.

"We are excited to make some of our key sessions and culinary demonstrations available 24/7, 365 days a year for restaurant and hospitality industry professionals worldwide," said David Gilbert, Chief Operating Officer of the National Restaurant Association. "No other industry event offers more access to the world's top culinary, management and operational experts and trendsetters. The information and inspiration they provide can now be accessed at any time and shared with colleagues."

The NRA Show e-Learning feature present educational sessions through audio recordings paired with PowerPoint slide presentations, and culinary demonstrations as video recordings. The presentations will be available for free throughout the year to help restaurant operators remotely retrieve the cutting-edge techniques and strategies that will help improve their business. Other audio presentations can be purchased through the NRA Show Web site.
