New Menu Items And Lower Off Season Prices At Matto

Matto (109 North Main Street, East Hampton, (631) 329-0200) has added some new menu items to their menu and have also lowered their prices for the off season on all their menu items. New menu items include:

Mozzarella Fresca - fresh mozzarella with roasted red peppers and gaeta olives $12
Zucchini Fritti - fried zuccini with wedges of lemon

Fettucine alla Carbonara - pasta toasted with pancetta, onions, prosciutto, parmigiano and parsley $21
Spaghettini Aglio Olio e Pepperoncini - thin spaghetti tossed with garlic, olive oil, red peppers and parsley $18
Pappardelle con Porcini e Crema - ribbon style pasta in a cream sauce with porcini mushrooms $23
Rigatoni Bolognese with traditional Italian sauce made with veal $23

Cotoletta alla Milanese - herb breaded veal cutlet with arugula, red onion and shaved parmigiano wedges $24
Pollo Portobello con Marsala Siciliano - thin cut chicken cutlet saut�ed with portobello mushrooms, shallots and Sicilian marsala wine $25
Sogliola alla Meuniere - flounder filet with lemon butter and white wine $22

Matto is now open for Lunch on Saturdays from 12 - 4 p.m. and Sundays 1 - 5 p.m. and will be open for dinner Monday - Sunday starting at 5 p.m.
