New Spring Menu Items At C�vo
C�vo has added some new menu items to their spring menu. The menu items are as follows:
Small Plates
Feta - barrel aged feta with marinated calamata olives and salt cured capers $6
Risotto - crispy rice balls stuffed with buffalo mozzarella and oven dried tomatoes $7
Dolmades - short ribs and rice stuffed Swiss chard leaves with pine nuts and raisins $8
Greek Sausage - homemade Greek sausage and grilled Haloumi cheese $8
Souvlaki - chicken with barrel aged feta and grilled zucchini $12
Short Ribs - black Angus short ribs with a spring vegetable risotto $12
Mussels - kakavia broth with diced shrimp and scallops $10
Tuna Roll - Atlantic blue fin tuna with spring vegetable slaw and marinated tomatoes $12
Crab Cakes - with fresh corn and avocado salsa
Stuffed Calamari - filled with lobster and spring vegetable risotto $16
Lobster Roll - with oven dried tomatoes, arugula, avocado and chipotle aioli $16
Tomato Salad - vine ripped tomatoes with crumbled barrel aged feta $9
Green Salad - organic field greens with a Dijon shallot red wine vinaigrette $12
