New Three-course Prix Fixe At Matto

Matto (109 North Main Street, East Hampton, and (631) 329-0200) is now offering a new three-course prixe fixe. The menu will be offered Sunday - Thursday from 5 p.m. to close, for $22 per person plus beverages, tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:

Zuppa del Giorno - blackboard soup of the day
Raviolini Fritti - fried ravioli filled with ricotta and served with two dipping sauces, marinara and gorgonzola
Insalata di Barbabietola Arrosta - roasted beet salad with gorgonzola, fresh watercress and a champagne vinaigrette
Cozze in Umido - steamed mussels with lemon and black pepper in a white wine and lemon broth

Pollo con Asparagi - saut�ed chicken scallopini with asparagus and mashed potatoes
Salmone Ortolano - pan seared salmon with zucchini and shiitake mushrooms
Flounder Meuniere - flounder filet with lemon, butter and white wine

Penne al Forno - baked penne, featuring four cheeses
Speciale Pizzetta del Giorno - blackboard special pizza of the day

Matto is open for Lunch on Saturdays from 12 - 4 p.m. and Sundays 1 - 5 p.m. and will be open for dinner Monday - Sunday starting at 5 p.m.
