New York's Employees Only The World's Best Cocktail Bar - Comes To Nola For A One Night Affair During The 10th Anniversary Of Tales Of The Cocktail

This July 26th, New York's Employees Only ("EO"), the winner of the 2011 Spirited Awards World's Best Cocktail Bar and World's Best Drink Selection will be bringing the entire "EO" experience to life for an unforgettable one-night-stand during the 10th Anniversary of Tales of The Cocktail.
Paying homage to New Orleans (which has been an inspiration to the entire EO gang) as well as celebrating ten years of cocktail and spirit education, the folks behind this internationally renowned establishment are honored to re- create an Employees Only Bar in New Orleans to share what the best in the world has to offer and showcase what truly makes them an outstanding and unparalleled destination.

EO and its high-spirited gang of owners - Billy Gilroy, Henry LaFargue, Jason Kosmas, Dushan Zaric and Igor Hadzismajlovic - will be transforming the bawdy New Orleans One Eyed Jack's into the Manhattan West Village cocktail haven. Henry LaFargue - Partner and Co-Owner of Employees Only, who happens to be a New Orleans native, is proud to bring his home away from home back to where he came from and where it all started. He says:
"The New Orleans vibrant, old-school panache lends a certain dignity to otherwise debauched activities. The same goes at EO - I am honored and thrilled to finally bring the two together for an epic one-night affair that will be remembered for years to come- unless you drink too much of course!"

For anyone who has been to this 1930's inspired speakeasy, once you get past the fortune teller and through the velvet curtains you never quite know what to expect - besides the amazing drinks and flirty bartenders of course. A typical evening at EO could result in a personalized "special" dance by one of the amazing Burlesque Dancers or a 4AM last call with Chef Julia's homemade chicken soup and shot of Fernet. All of that and in between will be brought to life at the "EO" one-night- stand at Tales.
