Nicky Usa Is Now Open For Business In Seattle!
Nicky USA, butchers and purveyors of specialty game and high quality meats are expanding their operation with a new Seattle office. Nicky USA, based out of Portland, has been delivering to Seattle since 2007, but this new outpost will allow the company to more fully integrate into the Seattle culinary scene and expand their service in the market.
The Seattle team will include long time Nicky USA Sales representative Ben Childs, and culinary consultant Joseba Jimenez de Jimenez. Childs has been with Nicky USA for over four years, and previously worked in the kitchen at Tabla Mediterranean Bistro. Nicky will continue to serve Seattle's top restaurants while adding additional delivery days, and on the ground support.
In a time when many companies are downsizing, Nicky USA continues to grow. In addition to their Seattle expansion Nicky has hired two new employees this month, expanded their Portland office, and began expansion of their butchering facility,
