WHAT: Executive Chef Nyesha Arrington has designed an exquisite market-based four course prix fixe dinner on Valentine's Day, Thursday, February 14, 2013, at WILSHIRE. This West Side restaurant is acclaimed not only for its cuisine but for its intimate dining rooms, award-winning patio under the stars, soft lighting, and open fire-pits.
