Park City Restaurants Unveil Easter, Passover Menus

PARK CITY, Utah (March 5, 2013) - Celebrate the spring holidays with Park City-area restaurants this month, which are serving special Easter brunches and, in the case of one local caterer, Passover-friendly dishes perfect for home Seders.

"Easter and Passover are special times for friends and family to gather and enjoy great food together," PCARA executive director Ginger Ries said. "Whether you live in Park City or you're simply visiting, join us at one of Park City's world-renowned restaurants for truly tasty and memorable meals."

Passover begins the evening of Monday, March 25, and Easter Sunday falls on March 31.

APEX at Montage
The Montage Hotel's on-mountain American grill is serving an alpine-inspired Easter brunch featuring regionally-inspired cuisine and live entertainment, including special appearances by the Easter Bunny. Stations will offer soups and salads; chilled seafood such as jumbo prawn and pacific oysters; charcuterie including artisanal cheeses and cured meats; eggs and griddle specialties like omelets-to-order, house-cured bacon and brioche French toast; a carving station with roasted leg of lamb and herb-crusted Berkshire pork line; escarole, mushrooms, green beans and other sides; and four delectable desserts. The brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and costs $62 for adults and $25 for children ages to 5 to 12. Complimentary valet parking will be provided. Cisero's
This Main Street staple has something for everyone Easter Sunday. Its wide-ranging prix fixe brunch includes Belgian waffles and baguette French toast; red-wine Tuscan sausage and bacon; eggs Benedict; omelets made to order; cheeses; grilled vegetables; fruit and pastries; and the restaurant's signature pastas and pizzas. There will be an egg-decorating station for kids, and, for the adults, cappuccinos, lattes, flavored coffees, and bloody mary and mimosa cocktails included with the meal. Brunch starts at 9:30 a.m., and costs $24.99 for adults and $12.99 for children 10 and younger. Reservations are requested, call 435-649-5044, ext. 306.

Cuisine Unlimited
For those hosting or attending Passover Seders, let Cuisine Unlimited take the stress out of the holiday with a full range of dishes sure to impress your host or guests. For the Seder, itself, the caterer can provide charoset, large gefilte fish, salmon with lemon sauce, roast eggs and lamb shank. Then, for dinner, Cuisine Unlimited is offering traditional hors d'ouevres such as chopped liver with matzah, herring in wine sauce, and gefilte fish; matzah ball, vegetable, leek and chicken soups; entrees like roast chicken, apple-almond stuffed chicken breast, traditional brisket, turkey, and lamb; sides including kugels, souffl�s, steamed vegetables and potatoes; and a wide range of desserts such as flourless tortes, mousse, and macaroons. There are also a number of vegetarian and lactose-free selections. Orders must be placed by Thursday, March 21. Meals will be available for pick-up Monday, March 25, and Tuesday, March 26.
