Pastry Chef Sara Ross Introduces Kickass " Piecakes"

Some people are saying pie is the new cupcake. We say pleazzze! Why not have both? Local cupcake maiden Sara Ross has created pie inspired cupcakes to prove that cupcakes still take the cake.

Lemon Meringue: Lemon cupcake with a lemon curd center topped with meringue

Moon Pie: Chocolate cupcake with graham crackers and a marshmallow fluff center topped with chocolate frosting drizzled with fluff and graham cracker crumbs

Boston Cream Pie: Vanilla Cupcake with custard center and topped with chocolate ganache and shavings
