December 4th - The VALENTINO 40th ANNIVERSARY WHITE TRUFFLE DINNER & CELEBRATON
The Valentino Anniversary White Truffle Dinner featuring Walter Ferretto of the multi-starred Cascinale Nuovo in Asti, Piemonte along with Valentino alumni chefs Luciano Pellegrini, Angelo Auriana, Davide Giova and Valentino Executive Chef Nico Chessa and Pastry Chef Alessandro Stroppa. Presented by Urbani Truffle, this ultimate white truffle dinner with 10 courses includes a course with white truffles freshly picked the night before and hand carried by Ferretto from Asti, with a menu dishes from the history of Valentino by the alumni chefs. Selvaggio will showcase large format Barolos from the celebrated Valentino cellar, along with special edition wines and those bottled for the anniversary celebration. Menu begins at $175 with one course of truffles; truffles may be added to any course for $50 supplement each. Guests are invited to bring their own Magnum of wine, with no corkage charge. Wine pairings charged separately tba. Each guest will receive a custom designed commemorative gift for Valentino's 40th Anniversary Dinner.
