Pluckemin Inn Friday Night Dinner Club "Jersey Tomato".

On Friday, August 14th , the Pluckemin Inn Friday Night Dinner Club Series explores the myriad of culinary applications for the one and only, Jersey Tomato.
Sliced, diced, cooked, or raw the Jersey tomato makes a glutton's heart beat faster"--. Georgia has peaches. Florida and California have their oranges, but New Jersey is blessed with the best tomatoes in the world! There's nothing better in the Summer than a Jersey tomato.
The evening will feature three courses from Executive Chef Juan Jose Cuevas, as well as a dessert course from Pastry Chef, Joseph Gabriel.
Sommelier, Brian Hider will pair each course with a different wine from the Pluckemin cellar, and guests will enjoy either a "tomato" inspired cocktail or a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival.

Chilled tomato~strawberry broth
Tomato~foie gras macaroon
Olive oil poached tomato with American caviar
Organic risotto arancini with roasted tomato & lardo
Heirloom tomato salad, watermelon, garden basil, tomato sorbet, ricotta, basil & brioche panini
Scallop with green zebra tomato vierge
Confit of Wild Yukon River Salmon with tomato sofrito, green tomato sauce & roasted summer squash
Seats are still available for this dinner. The $100 per person price includes the dinner, tasting pours of wine, as well as a cocktail reception. Tax and gratuity are not included. Seating is very limited. Friday Night Dinner Club's begin promptly at 7:30pm in the Pluckemin Inn Wine Cellar.
