Pluckemin Inn Friday Night Dinner Club, "New England".

On Friday, October 10th, the Pluckemin Inn Friday Night Dinner Club Series will take guests on a journey through New England. Inspired by the bounty of seafood and the simple, hearty fare of the Northeastern US, the evening will feature Chef David C. Felton's contemporary American approach to some very classic cuisine.

Sommelier, Brian Hider will pair each course with a different wine from the Pluckemin cellar, and guests will enjoy either a New England inspired cocktail or a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival.

The menu is as follows;

Reception
Stuffed Littleneck Clams
Mini Lobster Rolls
Salt cod on baguette

First Course
New England clam chowder

Second Course
roasted Chatam cod, celeriac and apple with foraged mushroom and truffles

Third Course
Lager Braised local short-ribs with mashed potatoes and mirepoix

Fourth Course
Chocolate & pumpkin gateau with maple syrup reduction and cheese pumpkin sorbet

Seats are still available for this dinner. The $100 per person price includes the dinner as well as tasting pours of wine, as well as a cocktail during the reception. Tax and gratuity are not included. Seating is very limited.
