Pluckemin Inn Friday Night Dinner Club, "Golden Ticket" Chocolate Dinner.
Bedminster, NJ-
On Friday, November 7th, the Pluckemin Inn Friday Night Dinner Club Series takes guests on an epicurean journey of chocolate. A myriad of chocolate dishes will be featured- ranging from savory, to sweet. Unique pairings will incorporate chocolate with everything from lobster to foie gras.

Sommelier, Brian Hider will pair each course with a different wine from the Pluckemin cellar, and guests will enjoy either a chocolate inspired cocktail or a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival.

The menu is as follows;

Reception
Mole negro rubbed barbecue shrimp
white chocolate scented lobster rolls
chocolate dipped spiced fruit with peanuts

First Course
scallops, white chocolate cauliflower, caviar and bonito crushed oyster

Second Course
foie gras torchon, pineapple, squash and cacao salad with brioche

Third Course
cocoa dusted Long Island duck, sherried beets, chocolate gastrique

Fourth Course
Valrhona Grand Cru Chocolate "mirepoix"

Seats are still available for this dinner. The $100 per person price includes the dinner as well as tasting pours of wine, as well as a cocktail reception. Tax and gratuity are not included. Seating is very limited.
