Spot trends, taste new products, and meet food producers from across the U.S. and around the world at the Summer Fancy Food Show in Washington, D.C. The show runs June 17 - 19, 2012, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

Now in its 58th year, the Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest marketplace for specialty foods and beverages in North America. It is the must-attend event for buyers from top names in retailing and restaurants worldwide including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Dean & DeLuca, Zingerman's, Williams-Sonoma and venues ranging from museum caf�s to Las Vegas hotels.

The exhibit halls will be filled with the latest specialty foods and beverages from food artisans, importers and entrepreneurs from 80 countries and regions. The thriving local food scene will be well represented with more than 100 exhibitors from the D.C. Metropolitan Area, with such products as salted caramel ice cream from Silver Spring, Md., tortilla wraps from Manassas Park, Va., and Ib�rico ham from an importer in Washington, D.C.
