Prime - An American Kitchen And Bar Serves Christmas Eve Specials

Prime - an American Kitchen and Bar will serve a special prix fixe dinner on Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24 from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The four-course special is available all night for $65 per person. The regular a la carte dinner menu is also available. The Christmas Eve menu prepared by Executive Chef Richard Farnabe is as follows:

FIRST COURSE
*Butternut squash soup
With black trumpet mushrooms, cranberry coulis
*Tuna tartar
Ahi tuna and black truffle
SECOND COURSE
*Mushroom risotto
With seasonal mushrooms, Parmesan and truffle essence
THIRD COURSE
*Veal chop Parmesan
With penne and prosciutto and Marsala reduction
*Chilean sea bass
With miso glaze, bok choi, Chinese long beans and ponzu sauce
*The Wellington
Filet mignon, spinach, mushrooms and Brie
FOURTH COURSE
*Pumpkin swirl cheesecake
With pecan tuile
*Apple charlotte
With cinnamon-sugar brioche and huckleberry sauce
