First-of-its-kind vendor hopes to strike a chord with gourmands
Shrimp Station brings incredibly fresh, natural, Sushi-grade shrimp to Dallas-area gourmands with the opening of its first retail location.
Shrimp Station exclusively distributes farm-raised, all-natural shrimp bred by Texas-based NaturalShrimp. This unique shrimp is raised free of any chemical additives in pure, pollutant-free waters in an exclusive process that controls every aspect of shrimp growth.
What does that mean to shrimp connoisseurs? A completely pure shrimp experience.
"Shrimp lovers have told us our shrimp tastes sweet, leaves no shrimp odor on their fingers, and the texture is always consistent," says Gerald Easterling, President, NaturalShrimp, which supplies Shrimp Station's fresh shrimp. "Our shrimp is raised in a pollution-controlled environment and never has that iodine taste that many shrimp lovers have been forced to tolerate."
Shrimp Station, in conjunction with NaturalShrimp, is able to deliver its customers shrimp that has never been frozen and is much fresher than anything found in grocery stores. It's literally harvested and delivered directly within hours - not days - of coming from its pure waters. This impresses local chefs.
