Quibec Products Make Debut At Gourmet Garage!

Gourmet Garage will showcase the foods and beverages of Quibec during a promotion called Quibec IS Cooking, that includes live demonstrations and tastings at the retailer's five New York area stores  kicking off this Friday, November 1st. The ten-day promotion which runs through Sunday, November 10th 2002, will feature a number of Quibicois products only available until now in top New York restaurants, and will be an opportunity for New Yorkers to explore and taste traditional and contemporary Quibec.

Products making their first entrance into U.S. home kitchens are Novalli Profiterolles and Cakes, Damafro Goats Milk Gouda and Brie en Croute, Canadian Maple Delight Syrup in exquisite bottles, and Liberti Yogurts  five unusual flavors paired with different grains. In addition, representatives from some of the Quibec-based businesses will be at different Gourmet Garage locations each weekend to conduct demonstrations and tastings.

Gourmet Garage, one of the New York areas leading food retailers, will be featuring items from more than a dozen Quibec manufacturers. Products range from air-chilled, grain-fed chicken and game meats, to perfectly ripened cheeses. To tempt taste buds and quench thirsts, there will be a variety of apple ciders and micro-brews.
