R. W. I. Announces A Weekly Talk Show For The Foodservice Industry

RestaurantWorkshop.com, an international supplier of training and educational materials for the food and beverage industry, and VoiceAmerica.com, an internet broadcasting company, today aired a live internet broadcast dealing with issues for the restaurant / hospitality industry or those considering opening a restaurant. Beginning May 13 and airing each Tuesday at 1 PM PST, Restaurant Workshop will provide needed information about topics that are critical in running a safe and profitable operation.

Delivering the responses, and often encouraging owners and managers to take a do-it-yourself approach to problem solving, are Jaros and Crawford, who partnered together over 15 years ago. Both combined have over 47 years experience in the industry.

Operators reported one of the top challenges during the robust growth years of the late 1990s, were recruiting and training employees. However, in the uncertain economic environment of the last two years, operators are presented with a host of additional challenges. Because four out of five new restaurants fail within the first year, they need information about very complex issues.

With live broadcasts, our Internet presence and informative articles on our site, we are able to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions, said Jaros. The Restaurant Workshop show allows listeners to call in and seek advice regarding industry specific issues from our panel of experts.

The program and guests will cover areas of food safety, cost control, human resources, marketing and many other topics.

To listen and participate go to www.voiceamerica.com at 1PM PST each Tuesday beginning May 13, 2003. The toll free listener participation line is 888-335-5204.
