Family Cellars specializes in small-batch, single estate Cognac and a regional drink, Pineau des Charentes. Pineau is an aged blend of Cognac and fresh grape juice. Served chilled as an aperitif or with dessert, it has been favorably compared to the best Sauternes.

The site is fast, with pictures anecdotes and descriptions of what the company has found, offers visitors a chance to subscribe to the newsletter and currently offers Cognac and Pineau from 9 different producers - with plans to expand the range this year. As something unique, Family Cellars offers a service that will find specially aged Cognac or certain producers upon request. They recently found a single-estate Cognac that was 60 years old and still in the barrel for the wife of a man who was turning 60. Customers can order via a state-of-the-art secure system.
