Red's At Sea Crest Beach Hotel Pays Tribute To Red Auerbach's Love Of Chinese Food With Special Menu March 23-25, 2012

WHAT: Not only was legendary Boston Celtics' coach and president Red Auerbach fond of his beloved team, he was also a huge fan of Chinese food! In his honor, Red's Restaurant and Lounge, the namesake restaurant of Red Auerbach at Sea Crest Beach Hotel, is serving up a menu dedicated to Auerbach's favorite Chinese cuisine.


Available for lunch and dinner March 23-25, 2012, in addition to Red's regular menu, Executive Chef Daniel Kenney has created a selection of appetizers and entrees for Red's Chinese Favorites Menu including Crispy Shrimp Tempura with Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce; Chinese Style Chicken Wings with Duck Sauce; Egg Rolls; Shrimp Lo Mein with Water Chestnuts, Sprouts and Chinese Cabbage; House Fried Rice; and Red's Pupu For Two. Guests can be sure the Boston Celtics games will be shown!
