Prime - an American Kitchen and Bar will be celebrating New Year's Eve on Monday, December 31 with a five-course prix fixe dinner, including amuses-gueule, for $125 per person from 9 p.m. The gala evening also includes a champagne toast, dancing and noisemakers. In addition, the regular a la carte menu will be offered from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The New Year's Eve menu prepared by Executive Chef Richard Farnabe is as follows:
