Rural America Finally Gets Fine Dining

Cedar Creek Restaurant is now open. Both locals and visitors can now delight in fine dining while enjoying the sophisticated yet casual lifestyle of the historic Dungeness Valley. Located in rural western Washington state out on the north Olympic Peninsula, Cedar Creek Restaurant offers an exquisite dining and unique atmosphere. Built in 1890's for the Puget Sound Cooperative Colony as a large physician's office and home, the rustic two-story house is surrounded by lush country landscaping replete with Sequim's new plant-love lavender. The restaurant's executive chef, Eric Fowler and sous chef Ken Hills have developed an innovative and deliciously authentic coastal Pacific Northwest cuisine. Cedar Creek's executive chef, Eric Fowler, has 18 years of experience in all aspects of food service management.
