Basic Food Safety eStart �'s structure and instructional strategy uses real world video segments and current scenarios to set the stage for learning and create an interesting, relevant and interactive approach to food safety topics.

Basic Food Safety eStart � covers the comprehensive information of safe food handling and preparation procedures, while providing students with full program narration, interactive activities and updated remediation questions.
