Sazerac Says Goodbye To Dated Interior
Sazerac Restaurant will close its doors for a short time in January for its highly anticipated remodel.
Replacing the velvet drapes and cushy banquettes will be a new contemporary design featuring a black and chocolate color scheme with a splash of color in the plates that arrive at each table.
Sazerac executive chef Jason McClure has created a new Southern-inspired 'evergreen' cuisine menu. Bartender Jeshua Madden has concocted a complementary cocktail list for the reopening.
Sazerac Remodel
Closed Jan. 7 -16
Sazerac will reopen Jan. 17 with normal dining hours. New Sazerac menus will be available the first week of January for media.
