Sea Crest Beach Hotel Introduces Elegant Beachfront Dining At Shutters

Locally sourced and seasonally inspired ingredients are the focus of the menu at Shutters, Sea Crest Beach Hotel's new private-dining restaurant on Buzzard's Bay. Shutters' cuisine, under the direction of Executive Chef Daniel Kenney, tells the story of the Cape with each bite. A gracious staff and an incomparable beachfront view complete the dining experience.

Shutters' American Cape-inspired menu encompasses fresh, seasonal ingredients including Island Creek Oysters, Wolfe's Neck Farm Beef Carpaccio, Shutters Beach Front Lobster, and Seared East Coast Salmon. Locally sourced desserts include Cape Cranberry Creme Brule and Local Berry "Crisp" with Organic Oats. Following its successful trial launch, Shutters is now open for dinner Thursday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Shutters has opened along with the completion of the hotel's final phase of new and renovated facilities including major improvements to The Nauset Center, Cape Cod's largest meetings and events space, and renovated rooms, fitness center and pool areas. In combination with Red's, serving "gastro-pub" cuisine, Sea Crest Beach Hotel offers environments and culinary choices for all tastes.
