Sepia Welcomes Esteemed Winemaker Paolo De Marchi On April 26

On Monday, April 26, Owner Emmanuel Nony, Executive Chef Andrew Zimmerman and Sommelier Scott Tyree will welcome the esteemed Paolo De Marchi for a special evening of wine at Sepia (123 N. Jefferson St.). Considered by many as one of the world's greatest small production winemakers, Paolo will present a rare selection of wines from his Tuscan winery, Isole e Olena, as they are poured alongside a special, five-course menu created by Chef Zimmerman.

Known for his charisma and graciousness, Paolo will uncork six stunning selections throughout the evening, including his flagship wine, Cepparello - a Sangiovese of towering complexity and finesse. He will also present Uvaggio, a distinctive blend of Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Croatina that comes from Propriet� Sperino, his Piedmont estate located at the foothills of the Alps.
