September $24.95 Prix Fixe Dinner At Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina's Lighthouse Grill

Lighthouse Grill at Montauk Yacht Club invites diners for a taste of what's to come during November's Long Island Restaurant Week with a $24.95 three-course prix-fixe dinner. From September 1, the menu by Executive Chef Jared Potter is available all night each Sunday and from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Wednesday. Sample menu items include:

APPETIZERS
* Award-winning Montauk Yacht Chowder
*Artichoke-stuffed filo roll with artichoke hearts, fresh local spinach, mushroom
and Parmesan-filled filo dough over a bed of rainbow micro greens
*Skewers of grilled beef with cipollini onions, grape tomatoes and a spicy dipping sauce

ENTREES
*House-aged rib-eye steak
*Broiled fluke filet with lobster nage, warmed baby greens and a crabmeat corn relish
*Linguini and spinach made with fresh pasta, local tomatoes
and creamed Catapano goat cheese, spinach and crab meat

DESSERTS
*Chocolate molton cake with vanilla and raspberry coulis
*Strawberry shortcake with whipped cream and marinated strawberries
*Apple pie with vanilla bean sauce
