WHAT: The SERENDIPITY 2012 FOOD+WINE FESTIVAL is a three-day event that benefits the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, a nationwide organization dedicated to providing healing to children and their families coping with cancer, sickle cell anemia and other serious illnesses. The festival is hosted by Serendipity magazine in conjunction with our event sponsors.

DETAILS: Thursday night's official weekend kick-off Wine Lover event will feature elite wines perfectly paired with gourmet hors d'oeuvres. We will introduce some of the weekend's honored chefs and event sponsors and will host a very special wine and food themed silent auction. (Cocktail Attire)

Friday Night's Grand Tasting Gala is an evening of decadent tastings by the event's featured
honored chefs from New York and Connecticut including Rui Correia of Douro Restaurant and Bar, Debra Ponzek of Aux Delices, Clifford Crooks of BLT Steak and nine more to be announced. Guests will also enjoy some of the world's finest wines and spirits from a full bar. And to top off the night Big Head Todd & The Monsters will perform live!

On Saturday, located in the center of the entire the Food+Wine Festival, the Culinary Village will offer grand, savory tastings and exciting demonstrations from more than 90+ food, wine and spirit vendors. Two culinary demonstration tents will house cooking presentations by celebrity chefs including Graham Elliot of Fox's "Master Chef," Duff Goldman of Food Network's "Ace of Cakes," Clifford Crooks of Bravo's "Top Chef" and more! Guests will also enjoy wine sommelier presentations, a beer garden, celebrity chef book signings, a Southern Bash with barbeque, bourbon and the first annual Burger Battle while listening to live musical performances by The Gregg Allman Band, The Felice Brothers and Will Hoge. VIP ticketholders will have access to the Festival VIP Tent, which is equipped with a private lounge and restrooms, full bar, elite wines and specialty treats.

Three thousand guests are expected to attend the festival and nearly four hundred people will attend the gala. All ticket holders receive an official wine glass and tote bag.
