LAS VEGAS, NV - Societe Hospitality, a leading hospitality, lodging and food service management company, is marking the debut of its hospitality operations division with the December 15th opening of Suite & Tender, a bar, lounge and restaurant in the Se San Diego Hotel.
Known in the hospitality industry for creating successful restaurants, nightclubs, resorts and hotels from overall concept to operations and logistics, Societe Hospitality's full-fledged restaurant operations capabilities will be an ideal complement to Societe Hotels and Resorts' expertise in hotel and entertainment venue management.

Societe Hospitality, based in Las Vegas, is led by experts in the many disciplines of the hospitality industry. Along with Kelley Jones, founding partners Uri Litvak and Andre Briley have vast experience both domestically and internationally opening and managing nightclubs, restaurants, bars, lounges and entertainment projects.
Recent projects have included the development of Level, an urban hotel, bar and restaurant property opening in 2009 in Las Vegas, rebranding work with James Beard award-winning chef Susanna Foo for Susanna Foo Gourmet Kitchen in Philadelphia, and a resort property in Jaco, Costa Rica. The team's "insider" knowledge of the industry, from strong relationships with the top chefs to managing restaurants and nightlife, has put Societe Hospitality above the competition. This range of expertise has also enabled Societe Hospitality to successfully develop a chef's image as they recently achieved working with strategically positioning luxury brands, such as Kai Vodka and Artisanal Premium Cheese.
Kelley Jones has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Prior to operating his own hospitality management company, Jones excelled as the President of the Light Group, Vice President of Starr Restaurant Organization, Vice President of Restaurant Operations at Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group and Director of Operations/Development China Grill management. Jones' background in hospitality includes opening five of the top 100 grossing restaurants in America.
Andre Briley's expertise in the music and entertainment industries includes producing over 1,000 special entertainment events, ranging from large concerts to conceptualizing the hugely popular Red Dragon nightclub experience with Jeffrey Chodorow in the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Briley brings a unique insight to the branding and ideation phase of Societe's endeavors. Briley currently oversees hotel, resort and casino development projects in Las Vegas and Costa Rica.
Uri Litvak brings a broad range of legal, financial and marketing expertise to the Societe Hospitality management team. Prior to co-founding Societe Hospitality, Litvak served as Managing Partner of CITYrem where he developed a proprietary sales and marketing methodology utilized to launch and sell out numerous luxury development projects. Prior to that, Uri was with the law firm of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in New York where he provided advice to clients in the areas of insurance, M&A, and regulatory affairs.
